Joni Vanderslice helped to bring the essential topic of Color to life at last week’s House Beautiful Event at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center!
The special event, presented by House Beautiful’s Color Institute, was held last Thursday, September 17th with over 400 people in attendance, including both to-the-trade professionals as well the general public. It was a full day of presentations, informative seminars and exclusive showroom events hosted by House Beautiful Experts and top designers from around the nation.
The day began with a panel discussion lead by House Beautiful’s editor in chief, Stephen Drucker, followed by an afternoon of showroom programming. Joni Vanderslice was the featured presenter at the Grizzel and Mann showroom and successfully packed the floor at each of her four seminars. Joni’s discussion on the complexity of color incorporated the psychology behind color preferences and behavioral changes that it can induce – providing an unexpected element to traditional topics addressing color and interior design.
It was a successful day where attendees adjourned full of creative energy, empowered by their deeper understanding of the importance of color in their lives.
